ABOUT
We offer a Fire Risk Assessment service on the properties that you manage for your landlords.
We also offer this service to independant Landlords that need support at keeping  within the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

We are a Leicester based company that has grown in the past 24 months.
We currently serve several letting agents; whose properties are in several different districts of Leicester, Loughborough, Nottingham and Derby.
We also carryout assessments in the areas North of the Midlands, that are in the districts of Sheffield, Doncaster, and Barnsley.

We aim to provide a comprehensive Fire Risk Assessment service on the properties that you manage. You or your team will receive a 'Type 3' Fire risk assessment report, and floor plan of the property assessed.

We work in conjunction with another safety company in Leicester, which is named as 'Scrivens Safety Solutions'.


 

Services

Risk Assessment

The service we provide will cover a Fire Risk Assessment of the internal and external aspects of the property.

Floor Plan

We measure all of the internal rooms of the property while the assessment takes place, a floor plan is then drawn up.

Letting Agents

We provide you with a service which will include an action plan written into the Fire Risk Assessment report. The action plan will guide you and your landlords to minimise the risk of a fire at the property assessed.

Costs

Residential fire risk assessment and floor plan. Our price structure is £85 for properties that are within the area of Leicester, outside of this area our fee will be based on the mileage involved. If you have more than one property that needs a fire risk assessment, and these can be carried out on the same date, and they're within a radius of 25 miles each other. Our price will reduce to £70 per property (+mileage If outside Leicester)
